About Le Negresco
Le Negresco faces the Baie des Anges at 37 promenade des Anglais. Chef Virginie Basselot, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, cooks at Le Chantecler (one MICHELIN star, 2026 guide). Le 1913 is the historic bar and Le Versailles the champagne bar; La Rotonde is the brasserie, N Le Spa the spa, and a beach restaurant opens from May to September (the hotel’s own website).
