About Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc

The Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc was founded in 1870 by Antoine Sella as the Grand Hotel du Cap. Its 111 rooms are spread across the main house, Villa Soleil, the Eden-Roc Pavilion and Les Deux Fontaines; chef Sébastien Broda oversees The Grill, the Eden-Roc Restaurant, Giovanni’s and Louroc (one MICHELIN star, 2026 guide), and the Dior Spa Eden-Roc is on site (the hotel’s own website). Atout France notes that Diamonds Are Forever (1971) and Never Say Never Again (1983) were filmed at its beach. Next season: 18 April to 17 October 2027.
