Antibes, Juan-les-Pins and the cape between them make three different places. Old Antibes is a walled town with Picasso’s castle and Port Vauban’s yachts; Juan-les-Pins is the jazz-age resort on a sandy bay; and Cap d’Antibes is a wooded cape of villas, with the Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc at its tip.
Old Antibes
The Marché Provençal on the Cours Masséna in the morning, then the Musée Picasso on the ramparts (closed Mondays).
Juan-les-Pins
Belles Rives and its Fitzgerald Piano Bar sit on the bay; Easy Dive leaves from Port Gallice.
Walk the coastal path around the cape in the morning, before the sun is high.

The coastal path, the Eden-Roc on its rocks, and Louroc for a starred lunch in season.
